Humble House Hotel Taipei anti-fraud alerts

Recently, due to the prevalence of internet transactions, fraudulent phone calls have been frequent. We would like to remind you that if a fraudulent group calls or emails you with false claims about purchasing vouchers in travel fair or booking a room on the internet, please be on the alert and do not be deceived!

The hotel will not ask for personal information or credit card transfers over the phone or by email. If you receive a suspicious message, please call the hotel's service hotline or the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline immediately.

In order to protect consumers' rights and interests, please refer to the following three recommended steps to take if you have been defrauded and have suffered losses:

(1) Keep evidence.
(2) Report to the police immediately to protect your rights (please remember to obtain a police report form).
(3) Notify your bank immediately if you realize your account has been exploited.
